Orders are shipped each day Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 15:00 pm eastern time, typically ship the same business day. Orders received afterward, generally go out the next business day.

Your package should normally arrive within 3-7 business days from the order date in Canadian territory and 4-15 business days in the continental united-states.

Most orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (Depending on weight). Large orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex. Orders after 15:00PM Eastern times Friday will be shipped Monday morning.

Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by USA Customs. Except Quebec province ( shipping include GST and PQT ) others Canadian province will have only GST taxes (5% ) on their billing invoice.

Lost Orders: A lost order is an order where the tracking information says only that the billing info has been received by the carrier. When an order is lost by UPS, USPS or FedEx, a claim has to be filed. After three days, if the package doesn’t appear, a replacement order can be done and the claim number put in the new order. We have to follow up on this claim until we get the money or someone gets the package. When an order is delivered to a wrong address the same will be done. However, when an order sent shows delivered or signed and it’s the right address, the main reason why the customer hasn’t gotten it, is probably that it was stolen. In that case, there’s no claim to be done and we cannot do anything about it. No order will be replaced.
